The West Suburban Job Seekers operates with the principles of guidance, support, coaching and assisting job seekers, by bringing people and resources together through networking.
PURPOSE
The founding of Job Seekers was initiated by, Jim Eilers for the purpose of reaching out during his own Employment search. The founder realized all of the available resources for networking, although professional and meaningful, did not satisfy his need of conferring and was missing the element of a personal touch.
OBJECTIVE
The Job Seekers organization’s objective is to round out the offerings of the existing networking / job search arena. Not only will the Job Seekers provide the arena for networking referrals of contact names, we will add a personal touch to build confidence and self esteem with following:
