The West Suburban Job Seekers operates with the principles of guidance, support, coaching and assisting job seekers, by bringing people and resources together through networking. PURPOSEThe founding of Job Seekers was initiated by, Jim Eilers for the purpose of reaching out during his own Employment search. The founder realized all of the available resources for networking, although professional and meaningful, did not satisfy his need of conferring and was missing the element of a personal touch. OBJECTIVEThe Job Seekers organization’s objective is to round out the offerings of the existing networking / job search arena. Not only will the Job Seekers provide the arena for networking referrals of contact names, we will add a personal touch to build confidence and self esteem with following:
These efforts coupled with the traditional networking methods for seeking employment will provide a more confident and prepared individual to seek the next employment opportunity. The additions we have as our offering will set us apart from the normal network groups.
